Accounting content is dry by default. PAG needed a feed that felt authoritative and approachable, a firm you would actually call.
The brief
Tax and accounting is a category people avoid until they cannot. The feed had to make PAG feel credible enough to trust with money and approachable enough to actually contact, without being as dry as the subject.

The direction
We built a serious maroon and black system that carries plain-English tax guidance and clear invitations to book. Credible, calm, and useful, so the expertise is obvious and the next step is easy.

Why it works
Professional-services social wins on authority plus approachability. Plain, genuinely useful guidance signals competence, and a consistent, confident look signals a firm worth trusting, while clear calls to action turn passive readers into calls. Useful and trustworthy beats clever here.

The point
The grid positions PAG as the steady hand at tax season rather than a faceless firm. In a category built on trust, being the reassuring expert is what earns the client.

Grid curation
Accounting and professional-services social has to solve two problems at once: prove authority and feel approachable. The firms that win share plain-English, genuinely useful guidance, keep a consistent and credible look, and make the next step obvious. Dry, jargon-heavy, or purely promotional feeds fail, because clients are choosing who to trust with their money, and trust is built through clarity and usefulness.
So we curated PAG's grid to be authoritative and human. A serious maroon and black system carries plain-language tax guidance and clear invitations to book, alternating education and reassurance. Land anywhere on the grid and PAG reads as the competent, steady firm you would actually pick up the phone to call.

The grid, seen whole. Land on any point and the brand places instantly, before a caption is read.
